EFT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy) has appeared first in 1980-s thanks to work and research of Dr. Sue Johnson. Today EFT is scientifically validated approach to working with couples stress. It helps not only to fight less or resolve conflicts better, but it deepens emotional bound and responsiveness between the partners, bringing them closer and helping create safe relationship.
Roman Timofejev is family psychologist with 10 year work experience. He got trained in systemic family therapy in Russia, and at the moment is finishing his studies in EFT in international ICEEFT centre. Roman works in Estonian, Russian and English languages.
